Second Call for Posters

Poster submission deadline: 10 November 2017.
Notification: 12 November 2017.
The final revised poster submission deadline: 14 November 2017
Conference Dates: 27 to 29 November 2017

Authors are invited to submit posters to be considered for display during the posters session of SCITA 2017. The posters must be sent as a PDF file to [email protected] no later than 10 November 2017. Your email should be titled “SCITA2017 Poster Submission”.

Notification of poster acceptance or rejection will be sent to authors via email by 12 November 2017.

The deadline for the final revised poster submission is 14 November 2017.

Printing and mounting the accepted posters will be done by SCITA team.

For each poster, at least one author should be available and present/explain the poster during the entire Poster Session time.

All the accepted posters will be compiled into the SCITA 2017 Poster Proceedings and will be made available electronically through the SCITA website.

Format Instructions

  • The poster must be submitted as a PDF file.
  • The title, authors, and affiliations should be included in the poster.
  • The poster size must be A0 landscape (width: 1189 mm, height: 841 mm).
  • Poster resolution must be 300 dpi or higher.
  • Posters should be readable by viewers one meter away.
  • Posters should be prepared using easy to read fonts, font sizes, and font colors.
  • Posters should be organized to be clear and self-explanatory.

 

Conference Fees

There is no fees for attending SCITA 2017.
