This presentation will discuss the key factors driving change in urban transport and the challenges and opportunities that this change has and will create for transport professionals. The particular focus will be on how the analysis and modelling of urban transport systems must evolve. The arguments will be illustrated with examples draw from Professor Polak’s work.
